• What are the details needed to buy the membership?

You just need to share your Name, Date of Birth, Address and Mobile number to get started.

• How many dependents can I add and are there any other criteria?

You can add up to 3 dependents on the plan, without any extra cost. The dependents must be at least 3 months old. The dependents must be either – Spouse, Parents or Children. Dependents can be added only at the time of purchasing or renewing your membership.

• What is a Wellness gift?

We have curated 3 different special gift packs focused on your wellness. As an appreciation towards you for becoming a member of 1hat, you get to choose your wellness gift as soon as you sign up. The package will be delivered to your house within 3 days.

• How do I get my cashback for medicines?

After you have incurred an expense, from buying the medicines on the prescription given by a certified doctor, submit both the prescription and the medicine bill to us through WhatsApp. The eligible cashback will be sent to your bank account.

•  How do I get my cashback for a diagnostic test?

Similar to medicines, you need to submit your lab bill, along with the prescription for a test to enable us to process your cashback.

• Is there any limit for my cashback?

The total limit for cashback for medicine bill is Rs 350 and similarly, the total limit for cashback is Rs 350.  Cashback limit for a single bill is Rs 200 for both medicines and diagnostics test.

• Is the benefit applicable across any pharmacy or diagnostics lab?

Yes, you can avail the benefit irrespective of the pharmacy or the diagnostics lab you buy.

• After submitting my bill, when will I get my cashback?

You will receive your cash back within 24 hours, after submitting the bills and prescriptions.

• Is there any reason my cashback request can be declined?

Your cashback may be declined if they are of the following scenarios –

1. The prescription and the medical bills are not in the name of the member or their dependents.
2. The expense is incurred outside the plan period. 
3. The total cashback limit has been exhausted with prior cashbacks.

• What is adherence? How can I unlock new rewards with adherence?

You can get your prescription (submitted for cashback) in a digital format directly on your 1hat account. Based on the prescription, you will get a medicine intake reminder and you can update your medicine intake status on the 1hat app. Based on your adherence level, you can unlock exciting rewards.

• Is there any time limit to claim the cashback?

The expense incurred must be within 3 months from the date of purchase of membership and the cashback can be claimed within 1 week from the date of expense.

•   How soon can I start using membership benefits?

You can start using it as soon as you buy the membership.

•   Can I buy the membership even if I have pre-existing diseases?

Yes, you can buy and avail the membership benefits.

•   How can I cancel my membership and will I get a refund?

We are very sorry that you cannot cancel or avail a refund once the plan is purchased.

• How can I order medicines through 1hat?

Just share your prescription on whatsapp, along with your address. You will receive a call from our side for order confirmation and once it is confirmed, your order will be delivered within 2 hours.

• How long will it take for my medicines to be delivered?

Your order will usually be delivered within 2 hours, if ordered between 10 am and 6 pm, subject to availability of medicines. If there are any expected delays, it will be communicated to you promptly.

• Can I cancel the order placed?

Yes, you can cancel the order within the first 30 mins of placing it.

• Can I buy healthcare products other than medicines?

Yes, you can just type a message of what products you need and we will deliver it to your home.

• What happens if a medicine in the prescription is not available?

If any medicine is unavailable, we will ask for your confirmation for substituting with alternate medicines. If you don’t want to substitute, then the remaining order will be delivered or you have the option to cancel the order.
