- How can I order medicines through 1hat?
Just share your prescription on whatsapp, along with your address. You will receive a call from our side for order confirmation and once it is confirmed, your order will be delivered within 2 hours.
- How long will it take for my medicines to be delivered?
Your order will usually be delivered within 2 hours, if ordered between 10 am and 6 pm, subject to availability of medicines. If there are any expected delays, it will be communicated to you promptly.
- Can I cancel the order placed?
Yes, you can cancel the order within the first 30 mins of placing it.
- Can I buy healthcare products other than medicines?
Yes, you can just type a message of what products you need and we will deliver it to your home.
- What happens if a medicine in the prescription is not available?
If any medicine is unavailable, we will ask for your confirmation for substituting with alternate medicines. If you don’t want to substitute, then the remaining order will be delivered or you have the option to cancel the order.
